Self-Service Laundry
A range of clean, reliable washers — 12 double loaders and 5 top loaders for everyday loads, 2 triple loaders for larger loads, and a 40lb front loader for your bulkiest items like comforters and blankets.
When it comes to drying, we have multiple 30lb dryers and one large 80lb dryer — perfect for getting everything dry in one visit, even your biggest loads.
Ways To Pay
No quarters needed at Fresh Connections. Simply use cash, a credit card, or a debit card to load money onto your reloadable laundry card, then use your card to start any machine. It's fast, easy, and means you'll never have to scramble for change again.
Register Your Laundry Card
When you get your laundry card, take a moment to register it at the kiosk with your name and contact information. It's quick and comes with some real benefits:
If you lose your card, bring in your ID and we'll issue a new one and transfer any remaining balance — your money is never lost. You'll also be the first to hear about promotions and upcoming events. And if you ever leave items behind, we can check who last used the machine and give you a call so you can come back and get them.
Your Comfort Matters
Doing laundry doesn't have to mean standing around staring at a machine. Fresh Connections has comfortable seating throughout the space — a bench and moveable chairs so you can set up wherever you like, plus a soft seating area where you can truly relax or charge your device, while your laundry runs.
We also offer free WiFi throughout the space so you can stay connected, catch up on work, scroll through your phone, or stream your favorite show while you wait.

Laundry Supplies
Forgot to bring detergent or need a laundry bag? No problem. When our attendant is on site, detergent and laundry supplies are available for purchase.

I'm proud of the space I'm building at Fresh Connections and I want you to feel that the moment you walk in. The space is clean, well maintained, and designed with your comfort in mind.
Fresh Connections is a partially attended laundromat, which means I'm not always on site — but I'm always reachable. My phone number is posted above the kiosk and I encourage you to call or text if you have any questions or run into any issues. You'd be surprised how much can be resolved with a quick phone call.
For your peace of mind, the laundromat is monitored by security cameras at all times — so whether you're visiting at 6am or close to closing, you can always feel safe, comfortable, and looked after.

I am continuously investing in the equipment so every visit is better than the last. Larger, new and improved machines are on the way.
Social Gatherings & Classes
From coffee chats, to financial literacy workshops, Fresh Connections will host community events and classes driven by what you want and need. If you have a suggestions for a gathering or class - let me know.
Teen Programming
A dedicated club for teens to earn rewards, build community, develop a work ethic, and find their people. Something special is coming for the young people of Hagerstown.
Exterior Improvements
Fresh paint and curb appeal upgrades are coming so Fresh Connections looks as good on the outside as it feels on the inside.
A Fully Finished Lounge and Community Space
The vision is a warm, welcoming, multigenerational community space where anyone can walk through the door and feel like they belong. I am building it one step at a time.
